Doing It For My Inner Bombshell

A quick Google search will show that there is certainly no lack of health and fitness blogs floating around the internet. So why add another to the madness? Simple. I'm not an expert and I won't pretend to be. I'm just now starting my transformation into what I hope will be the body I am capable of having. Think Kourtney Kardashian minus the large bazoongas, if you will. (Are you laughing? Why are you laughing?). I'm just now learning how to eat and cook healthy, and I'm just now learning how to love working out. It's all a process and I am tiptoeing in the beginning stages, but I am beyond excited.
I'm not to the point in my cooking capabilities where I can whip up my own concoctions with my eyes closed and have them taste divine, but I can share the recipes of others I have found and fallen in love with. 

I'm also not at the fitness level where I can design some fat-blasting and saddle-bag slaying workout routines that are sure to get your tush toned and bikini ready in 4 weeks. However, I am dating an exercise science graduate student who loves making people stronger and faster, and I can share with you his knowledgeable advice as well as the advice from other expert blogs. I can try all these things and give you my real-life reviews and suggestions.

Like I said, it's going to be a process but I can feel my inner bombshell trying to explode out of my outer slightly overweight and untoned post-graduate body. I'm ready.
